FRUITY BUTTERMILK PANCAKES
ingredients
- Boiling water
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped dried apples, apricots, cherries,
- dates, pears or whole dried blueberries
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 TB sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 11/2 cups buttermilk 3 TB vegetable oil
