BACKPACKER'S BREAKFAST FOOD
ingredients
- 1/4 cup natural wheat-barley prepared cereal
- 1/4 cup each rice cereal and oatmeal
- 1/4 cup high-protein prepared breakfast cereal
- 1/4 cup dry milk
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 3 tablespoons nondairy creamer
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dry fruit( dates, raisins, prunes),
- or nuts(preferably cashews)
