- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/8 cup date sugar or 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup honey (or more)
- 1/3 cup safflower (or more)
- Brewer's yeast, lecithin granules and whey powder
