Combine sesame seeds ,nuts, and sunflower or pumpkin seeds

Spread in a thin layer on rimmed baking sheets

Roast at 350 degrees F

Shake baking sheet occasionally

Set Aside Commbine sugar,honey, salt and dried fruits in a frying pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly

Remove from heat

Add seeds, nuts, coconut, and mix well

Fold into buttered pie dish and fill bottom evenly

Use a buttered spoon to press mixture firmly down. Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes

Cut into bars 1 1/4 by 4 inches

Let stand until not sticky (approximately 2 to 3 hours)

ingredients
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (unsalted peanuts, cashews, or
- almonds)
- 1/2 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup each packed brown sugar and honey
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup each of 4 different dried fruits
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut butter
