ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) container whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, rinsed and well drained
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves
- OR 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
