- 1/2 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 (6-1/2 ounce) can imported Italian tuna
- in olive oil, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon pitted and chopped
- imported black olives
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
