Lemony Chicken Zucchini
ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 5 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 whole boneless chicken breasts,
- cut into 2-inch strips
- 2-1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup coarsely grated zucchini, firmly packed
- 4 scallions, including green tops, sliced
