ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 pound shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
