ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vertically sliced onion
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 1 (7-3/4 ounce) can red salmon, drained
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese
