Add a little milk, if necessary, to make a smooth creamy sauce

ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 leeks, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 ounce thin ham slices
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2/3 cup dairy sour cream
- milk
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
