Creamy Mushroom & Pea Sauce
ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2/3 cup creme fraiche
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- and nutmeg to taste
- 1-1/2 cups frozen green peas
- fresh mint, optional
