Combine all ingredients except oil in a blender or food processor

With machine still running add the oil, drop by drop until absorbed

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh dill
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
