Combine chilies, wine, green onions and lime juice in a small saucepan

Bring to a boil and continue to cook until mixture is reduced by half

Cool about 5 minutes

Pour into a food processor or blender and puree

Add the cilantro and finely chop

With machine running, add the hot melted butter

Serve immediately over rotated chicken or vegetables.

ingredients
- 2 (4 ounce) cans diced mild green chilies
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 cup packed cilantro
- 1/2 cup hot melted butter
