- 4 firm ripe bananas, unpeeled
- Whipped cream
- CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup light or heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely
- chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
