    Core apples to within 1/2-inch of the base, leaving the bottoms intact

  • 2

    Cut off the stem top to fit back into the top of the apple. Combine the brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon and butter and pack into the apple

  • 3

    Fit the stem end back into the top

  • 4

    Rotate in the Deep Basket for 30 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender

  • 5

    Serve topped with whipped cream.

  • 2 tablespoons toasted walnuts,
  • finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter Whipped cream
