ROASTED GARLIC

    Cut the tops of the garlic off, exposing the cloves

    Set each head of garlic on a square of aluminum foil and pour 1 tablespoon olive oil over each head

  • 3

    Wrap the garlic up, totally sealing inside

  • 4

    Rotate in the Deep Basket for 45 minutes or until the garlic is very soft

  • 5

    Serve plain, squeezed out onto slices of bread or in recipes as directed.
