    Lay carrots on one sheet of foil

    Toss together the butter, ginger, orange juice and zest and honey

    Drizzle over the carrots

  • 4

    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley

    Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet

  • 6

    Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes.

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and halved
  • crosswise and lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
