    Lay the fish on a work surface

    Toss shrimp with green onions and spread over the fish

  • 3

    Roll fish up and place on one sheet of the foil

  • 4

    In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add the wine

  • 5

    Spoon the wine over the fish fillets

  • 6

    Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet

  • 7

    Rotate in the Plat Standard Basket for 15 minutes.

  • 4 large pieces fillet of sole
  • 1 cup small cooked shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
