    Coat salmon with Spice Rub

    Place each salmon steak on one sheet of foil

    Dot with butter

  • 4

    Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet

    Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes.

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 (8 x 6 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
