    Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts

    Place chicken on one sheet of foil

  • 3

    Top with Marinara sauce, mushrooms and bell pepper

  • 4

    Top with second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet

  • 5

    Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes.

  • 1 cup prepared Marinara Sauce
  • 8 mushrooms, quartered
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
