    Cut the lobster tails lengthwise through shell, then open flat

    In a small saucepan, melt the butter with lemon juice and garlic

    Brush some on the lobster

  • 4

    Rotate the lobster in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm and opaque

  • 5

    Serve with remaining butter for dipping.

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
