Heat Marinara Sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat

Keep warm. Lay the fish fillets out on a work surface

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Toss together the breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, olives and capers

Divide and distribute over the top of the fish fillets

Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Brush fish with olive oil

Rotate the fish rolls in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through

- 2 cups prepared Marinara Sauce
- 2 pounds large sole fillets
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
