- CUCUMBER SAUCE:
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
