In a large flat dish combine the beer, oil, onion, lime juice, garlic, bay leaf, Worcestershire, chili powder, cumin and pepper

Add the steak, cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Rotate the steak in the Flat Standard Basket for 18 minutes for rare or 22 minutes for medium

If not brown enough, position the basket facing the heating coils and push the switch to the pause-to-sear position

Rotate 2 to 3 minutes more on each side

Place the tortillas in the warming tray while rotating the steak. Slice the steak into thin strips
