If not brown enough, position the basket facing the heating coils and push the switch to the pause-to-sear position

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 (7 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh jalapeno chili
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1-1/2 pounds steaks (top sirloin,
- Spencer, or rib eye)
