ingredients
- 1 recipe Tandoori Shrimp
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 large tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 2 carrots, cut into strips
- 2 stalks celery, cut into strips
- CURRY VINAIGRETTE:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
