    Wash and thoroughly dry the chicken drummettes

    Dip chicken in melted butter to coat thoroughly and then coat well with Cajun- Creole Rub

    Rotate the chicken wings in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.
