Bring 3 quarts of water with bay leaf, lemon slices, and salt to a boil

ingredients
- 1 bay leaf, crumbled
- 3 or 4 lemon slices, halved
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large lobster tails
- 3 tablespoons Cilantro Pesto
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- lime slices and sprigs for garnish
