    Place all the peppercorns in a spice grinder and grind to a coarse mixture

    Stir in the salt

    If you do not have a spice grinder, simply place the peppercorns in a heavy plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin

    Store in a jar for up to 1 month. Yield: 1/4 cup SUGGESTED USE: The pink peppercorns are not really part of the peppercorn family

    They are actually a dried berry that has a peppery flavor

    Coat a rib roast or London broil with the pepper blend (1 hour).

  • 1 tablespoon green peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon pink peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon salt
