    Simply add hot milk or cream to sweet chocolate, add egg, vanilla, and cinnamon

    Blend for 2 minutes

    Start blender at slow speed, or the hot milk will splash

  • 4

    You may add just a pinch of ground orange peel

  • 5

    Blend until frothy

  • 6

    Top cups with a sprinkle of nutmeg.

  • 2 squares sweet chocolate
  • 1 quart milk or cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch ground, dry orange peel
