    Heat a heavy porcelain cup on the stove until too hot to pick up

    Wrap a cloth around the cup, set on the counter and fill it almost halfway with cream

  • 3

    When the handle has cooled, fill the cup with hot, strong coffee

  • 4

    Add a small lump of butter, and serve with sugar.
