    Bring water to a boil in a large heavy saucepan

    Add blue cornmeal, yellow cornmeal, raisins, sprouted wheat, and brown sugar, stirring constantly over low heat. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed

    Pour mixture into a large baking pan or casserole and cover with foil

    Bake in a preheated 250F

  • 5

    oven for 4 hours or until cake is firm

  • 6

    Makes 8 servings.

  • 4 cups cooked blue corn meal
  • 2 cups cooked yellow com meal
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup sprouted wheat
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
