    Put two cups of hot water in the top of a double boiler

    Stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup of sugar

    When it comes to a boil, add 2/3 cups of flour a little at a time, and whip with a whisk while cooking

    Don't overblend, the pudding should look a little like tapioca

  • 5

    Cook two minutes

  • 6

    Serve into individual bowls and sprinkle with nutmeg

  • 7

    Top with heavy cream.
