ZUCCHINI WITH CORN AND PEPPERS
ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2-1/2 pounds zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slice
- 1-1/2 cups fresh com kernels, or 1 package (10 oz.)
- frozen whole-kernel com, thawed
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium-size onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- salt and pepper
